Sigh... I've been choosing & shortlisting restaurants for the past 3 weeks, in preparation for the dinner with my bf to celebrate his BD...

But choosing is difficult though criteria is simple:- International Buffet, Preferably non-asian food, budget $200, nice ambience. Is that difficult?? Sigh~

These are the shorlisted restaurants...

1. Melt-The World Cafe @ Mandarin Oriental

2. Triple 3, The Buffet Restaurant @ Meritus Mandarin
(Apparently, it's voted as the best buffet spread in town)

Above are all the hotel int'l buffets i can find that are of more reasonable pricing with "pretty" cuisines... He's pretty keen after I've showed him some pictures but complains that it's too ex. (Esp the 1st 4 of the list(which are my choices)) Sigh~ Have been searching this whole morning for cheaper buffets... i shouldnt have showed him the charges... Regret~

Frens have recommended quite a few, taken into consideration... Afterall, the only buffet i'm seriously interested in is Kuishin-Bo, the japanese restaurant at suntec. But he doesn't really like seafood, so... Out of that thought please...

Perhaps i 'sua ku' lah, i didnt know that "Top of the 'M' restaurant" is so expensive!! It's $90++ for the buffet, if you wan wine to go along, add another $30++.... Wah! I wouldnt want to spend so much on just a meal... But if someone that's rich enough to treat me, haha, of course i wouldnt have any reason to reject! Lol...
